Gift Certificates are valid for 36 months from the issue date. Any unused Balance after the expiry date will not be refunded or credited. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Gift certificates distributed as part of a promotion or giveaway are not subject to the minimum 36 months expiry date. Expiry dates in this instance are at the discretion of the SuperStore.
