Please be aware that the SuperStore will be closing for Christmas Break at 3pm Thursday December 24th and Re-Opening on Monday January 4th. Online orders will still be taking during this time however orders will not be shipped or available for collection until Monday January 4th. Thank you and have a wonderful Christmas and New Year.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed and sent out to you; five business days for click and collect orders to be processed. These timeframes exclude memorabilia pieces, which may be delivered directly from our supplier. If you have pre-ordered an item, this will be sent as soon as the item is available, and the above estimates will not apply. During promotional/sale periods or periods of high traffic, we might take a little longer than normal to process your order.
To help ensure that your order reaches you correctly, all deliveries from the West Coast Eagles require signature on receipt; please provide an address where someone is available during business hours to receive your order. If nobody is available to accept and sign for the order, a notification card will be left at the delivery address advising that the parcel can be collected from a nearby Post Office. 'Authority to Leave' is not an option currently available for West Coast Eagles SuperStore order deliveries.

The West Coast Eagles SuperStore offers International postage at a flat rate of $30 (excluding memorabilia and large/oversize items).
To reduce exposure to online fraud, when you place an order to be despatched overseas, it is a requirement that you email the following details to email@example.com
- A copy of your current driver’s license or passport
- A copy of the credit card used (Please black out all but the last four digits on the card number).
As an alternative, if you are a Global Eagle member, and you wish to place an international order, you may email us your Membership number, number of consecutive years as a member, and the final four digits of the credit card used for your purchase.
Providing the above information will ensure there are no delays in processing your order. Note that international orders will not be despatched if the required documentation is not received by us.

Please note that items being sent internationally often have customs and other duties or taxes payable when they arrive at the country of destination. It is solely the responsibility of the receiver to pay these duties and taxes. Ordered items may not be released by the relevant local authority at the country of destination until these charges are paid. It may be beneficial to clarify with local authorities what charges, if any, are applicable before placing your order.
