Can I sign in as a member?

For the first time using the site members will need to create an account on BigCommerce and provide their membership login details. 

  1. Click on Register in the top menu
  2. Click 'Yes' to "Are you a Club Member?" and provide the same email address and password you use to log into your membership account
  3. Fill out normal account sign up details

I do not have an email address linked to my membership. What do I do?

To add an email address to your membership account please contact the membership department.

I do not know my password for my Membership account. What do I do?

To reset your password, please click on the link below and follow the prompt to “Forgot Password”. You will then be emailed a link to reset your password.

If you do not receive an email it might mean that we have the wrong email address for you. Please contact the membership department.

I want to use a different email address to the email linked to my membership. What do I do?

To receive any member discount, your email address must match the email address linked to your membership. If you need to update this please contact the membership department.

I have set up my account, but it is not recognising me as a member. What should I do?

Please check that your email address and membership password are correct. These details must match what is on your membership record. If you are unsure whether the email address and password match, you can test this by logging into your membership account here - https://am.ticketmaster.com/westcoasteagles/

If you are unable to login to your membership account, please try reset your password.

If you do not receive an email with a link to reset your password, we may have the wrong email address for you. Please contact the membership department.

Once this is done, please try created your new account again.

The club has given me a temporary password. Can I use this to create my West Coast Eagles shop account?

No. If you have a temporary password, you will need to create a new password through the membership site prior to creating your shop account. Click here to change your membership password https://am.ticketmaster.com/westcoasteagles/

I have changed my membership password, does this mean my shop password will automatically change?

No. You will need to login to your shop account and update your membership password in order for your record to match.
