Change of Mind Returns
In addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law, should you change your mind regarding a purchase, we will happily provide an exchange or refund, subject to the following conditions being met:
- Items, together with proof of purchase from the West Coast Eagles SuperStore, must be returned within 21 days of purchase
- Items must be in saleable condition and be unworn or unused, with all labels attached and in original packing
- Items are not listed in the exclusions, below
If you are unable to provide proof of purchase and/or 21 days has passed since the date of purchase, the West Coast Eagles SuperStore, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind or may choose to provide you with an exchange to the current value of the merchandise.
For change of mind returns of online or phone order purchases, please contact the West Coast Eagles SuperStore on (08) 9388 4555 or firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure that the item qualifies for a refund or exchange (including ensuring that the correct size for exchange is available) and then post your item to the West Coast Eagles SuperStore, including a note outlining your request and your return address. Please do not return items without first consulting with the West Coast Eagles SuperStore.
Postage costs relating to change of mind returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer (including both the return, and the sending of the exchanged item).

Note that all postage charges relating to change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Items purchased online may also be returned to the West Coast Eagles SuperStore, located at Mineral Resources Park, 42 Bishopsgate Street, Lathlain, Western Australia. The store at Subiaco Oval is now permanently closed.
Please choose carefully when purchasing the following items as change of mind returns will not be provided on these items:
- Sale items
- Custom made and altered products
- License plates
- Memorabilia pieces
- Gift vouchers
- Headphones and earphones
- Face masks
Returns for Other Reasons
For returns due to reasons other than change of mind, you may be entitled to remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing contained in the West Coast Eagles SuperStore Returns policy is intended to limit, restrict or exclude your rights in this regard.
If the item is not of acceptable quality (unless identified as having some fault), is not fit for purpose (does not do what you reasonably expected it would) or does not match the description provided, you will be entitled to a refund or exchange of that item. You will not be entitled to a remedy if you had an opportunity to examine the goods before purchase and did not find defects that you should have noticed or if defects were pointed out to you at the time of purchase.
Where you believe an item is faulty, it may be necessary for us to send the item to the manufacturer or their agent to be assessed. If there is a major failure with the item, you may choose a refund, exchange or repair. If the failure is minor, we will either repair or replace the item, at our discretion.
Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, the West Coast Eagles SuperStore cannot provide a refund, exchange or repair, whether the fault is identified by the West Coast Eagles SuperStore or the manufacturer or their agent.
Satisfactory proof of purchase must be provided before the West Coast Eagles SuperStore is able to provide a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds will be given using the original payment method, except where a credit or debit card was used to make the purchase and the cardholder and the same card is not present, or if the purchase was made using a gift voucher. In these instances, a gift voucher will be issued (unless otherwise required by law) and will be valid for a period of six months from the date of issue.
Gift with Purchase and Bundled Items
Where merchandise is purchased with a gift or bonus, the gift or bonus must also be returned (unless otherwise stated). If gift or bonus is not returned, or it is not in saleable condition, the value of any available refund will be reduced by the full price of the gift or bonus.
In the instance of bundle offers, all items within the bundle must also be returned or the full price of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available refund.
Have you received my returned goods?
We will process your return within 1 working day of it being received at our West Coast Eagles SuperStore. We will send you an email to confirm when this has been done and then please allow 2-3 working days for it to appear on your statement.
In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email within 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of returning your items, please get in touch with us on (08) 9388 4555 or email us at email@example.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and when you sent it back to us.
