  1. General
    • Information on how to enter and on the prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not enter.

 

  • If under 18 years of age, express permission of a parent/guardian is required before entering this competition.

 

  • The Promoter is Indian Pacific Limited (ABN 31 009 178 894) (trading as West Coast Eagles Football Club) of Mineral Resources Park, 42 Bishopsgate Street, Lathlain, WA, 6100. (Promoter or West Coast Eagles).

 

  1. Entry
    • The competition commences at 9am AWST on Friday, November 28, 2025 and closes at 11.59pm AWST on Friday, November 28, 2025 (Promotion Period).

 

  • During the Promotion Period, individuals who:
  1. reside in Western Australia;
  2. spend $10 or more in a single transaction at the West Coast Eagles SuperStore (either online at wcesuperstore.com.au or in person, at Mineral Resources Park) (Transaction), and
  3. provide their email address or phone number for check-out or receipt at the time of completing the Transaction,

(Eligible Entrant), will automatically be entered into this competition.

 

  • Failure to comply with any of the above requirements in clause 2.2 will automatically render an entrant to be invalid.

 

  • Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

 

  • Employees and their immediate families, of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter or agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.

 

  • Transactions are deemed to be completed at the time of completion of checkout and receipt into the WCE database. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay or failure of transmission of a Transaction.

 

  • Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.

 

  • There is a limit of one Entry per Transaction.
  • The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of an Entry or an entrant, and to disqualify any entrant who manipulates, or attempts to manipulate, the system.

 

 

  1. Prize Draw:
    • The competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part.
    • The winners will be the first three (3) Eligible Entrants selected by the Promoter using an online random number generator (Winners);
    • the draw will take place at Mineral Resources Park, 42 Bishopsgate Street, Lathlain WA at 10am AWST Monday, December 1, 2025;
    • the Winners will be notified by phone and/or email on the day of the draw;
    • the Promoter reserves the right to select reserve entries and record them in the order that they were selected, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant being selected.
    • all reasonable attempts will be made to contact the Winners. If the Winners cannot be contacted within 24 hours after the drawing date and time, the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will begin the process of contacting reserve winners who will then become the Winner.
    • once three Winners have been selected and contacted by the Promoter, no further prizes will be awarded.
    • The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.

 

  1. Prize
    • The Winners will receive the prize, which is a 2026 Men’s Home Guernsey signed by Brandon Starcevich, Cooper Duff-Tyler and Willem Duursma (Prize).

 

  • The Prize is not able to be exchanged for cash or alternative benefits. Should the Winner be found to not meet the entry requirements the Prize may be forfeited at the absolute discretion of the Promoter.

 

  • the Prize (or any element of the Prize) may not be sold or offered for resale at a premium (including via-online auction sites) or used for advertising, competition or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original recipient or any subsequent bearer.  If a Prize is sold or used in breach of this condition the Prize may be withdrawn.

 

  • The total prize value for this competition is $595

 

  • If the Winner is under 18, the Prize may be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the entrant registering in the competition on behalf of that entrant, at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

 

  1. Risk, Liability and Conduct

 

  • The Promoter reserves the right to request that the Winner provide proof of age and identity prior to awarding the Prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. The Winner may be required to sign any form required by the Promoter including, without limitation, a legal release and indemnity form or a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the Prize.

 

 

  • Any failure by the Winner, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter to comply with its reasonable requirements or instructions may result in forfeiture by the Winner of any part or all of the Prize.

 

  • The Promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred by the Winner in collecting or using the Prize (or any portion of the Prize) including without limitation any damage incurred to the prize after it has been awarded or any travel costs to obtain the Prize.

 

 

  • The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies (and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents) will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, claim, action, demand, liability, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever, which is suffered or sustained by any person or entity (without limitation), (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any Prize (or part of the Prize), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permissible by law).

 

  • If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition , the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition .

 

  • Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.

 

  1. Your Information

 

  • The Promoter collects personal information about all entrants, whether Eligible Entrants or not, to enable them to participate in this competition and for any other matter connected to or incidental to this purpose and the Promoter may disclose the personal information to third parties including the Sponsor, or the Promoters contractors and agents, suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this competition or providing the Prize. By registering their interest, entrants agree to the Promoter using and disclosing their personal information for these purposes. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter the competition.

 

  • The Winner consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Competition, the Match or the relationship with the Sponsor, or for any other related purpose at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

 

 

  • All personal information provided will be stored, used and may be disclosed by the West Coast Eagles in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at westcoasteagles.com.au/privacy-policy.
